An employee, assigned to any position must possess and demonstrate the flexibility to support and accomplish tasks of any nature that positively affects the production, quality, and delivery of products and services provided to customers of RSB Transmissions NA, Inc.

Complete responsibility for the operation of all CNC equipment including, but not limited to, developing and fine tuning all CNC processes to make them efficient enough to meet production goals with minimum scrap, obtaining maximum machine utilization by being timely with CNC set-up instructions, CNC readouts and CNC programs to eliminate unnecessary downtime between jobs.
Develop and continuously update all documentation of CNC processes and programs to assure that operators consistently receive accurate information regarding processes.
Responsible for offering strategic input on process development and tooling design, cycle and total process times versus quoted times.
Must maintain perishable tool inventories in coordination with purchasing agent and provide an organized tooling and fixture management program to achieve readiness of tooling and fixtures per job run schedule.
Ensure CNC process capability and implement process improvements for maximum machine utilization.
Prepare and implement timely updates of CNC process documentation and help assure adequate operator training to avoid discrepancies during part production.
Must work closely with other department heads to achieve optimum machine efficiency and utilization.
