Machine/Production Operators.
These are 2nd Shift Assignments:

AFTER 90 days $19.

Subject to Over Time.
Training is offered for these positions To perform a variety of manufacturing operations within the established guidelines.
Employee is responsible for meeting the Production requirements of the line, understands and follows all procedures specific to that line.
This is an Entry Level Position.
KEYS:
Comply with safety and environmental standards of the line.
Execute and maintain Autonomous Maintenance and 5S programs at the cell/line/work area of operation.
Complete and Maintain production and quality records.
Perform and adhere to all called out quality inspections (control plans) Read, understand, and interpret gauges results.
Understand basic blueprint reading.
WORK CONDITIONS:
Working conditions are Normal for a manufacturing environment.
Frequent lift/carry/twisting/bending of materials and product up to 50lbs.
Machinery operation requires the use of Safety Equipment to include Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses and Ear Plugs.
EXAMPLES of SKILLS:
include/limited to:
Stock removal verification and adjustment through wear offsets.
Straddle Tool Set Up, Chatter pin replacement, Maintain Performance of Blow Offs, Demagnetize locators, Speeds & Feeds verification on CNC s, Touch off drill bodies, Speeds verification on robots, change drill & balance collets, removal curve & balancer compensation, maintain stamp legibility & accuracy, to maintaining automation sensor.
MUST be able to Produce HS Diploma or GED Certificate.
