Responsible for the day-to-day operations of thefront office.
Become knowledgeable about the rules, regulations and bi-laws that govern the resort.
Take payments from members, correctly code and catalogue paper work.
Provide a positive customer experience to all members.
Be able to de-escalate stressful situations.
Candidate must be comfortable answering phones and resolving issues over the phones.
Candidate must be understanding of flexible scheduling during the open park season.
This Includes working holidays and holiday weekends.
