Rennco is excited to add a new Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist to our team, following a recent internal promotion.
In this role, you're responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across the Rennco product line while supporting the Rennco commercial team and building relationships with customers and third-party channel partners.

Are you energized by this work?Marketing Scope Develop, implement, and optimize print and digital marketing, e-mail marketing campaigns, and social media marketing (LinkedIn, YouTube) Own and maintain Rennco's website Ensure adherence to ProMach and Rennco brand guidelines Work with Rennco Sales team to develop customer/prospect presentations Plan and execute successful trade show events (1-2 per year) Support V.

activities for new product development initiatives Champion facility transformation initiatives by incorporating ProMach and Rennco branding throughout the office and manufacturing area Manage employee recognition efforts via internal and external social channels Sales Scope Coordinate with the Sales and Applications Engineering teams to develop project quotes and schedule quote review meetings as needed Create project work orders detailing scope and details of job post-sale Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure scope and details of project work order is clearly understood by Engineering and Production teams Participate in weekly project review meetings Provide status updates to the customer throughout the project life cycle; work with customer to coordinate shipment of sample materials, invoice payments, and machine acceptance visits Record and edit videos of machines for customer updates and marketing campaigns Serve as our CRM (Salesforce) Administrator (future responsibility) What's in it for you?
